Use of Connecta is subject to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

Connecta links a WhatsApp account to AI assistants as an unofficial linked device, like WhatsApp Web. It is not a Meta product, not an official partner, and does not promise immunity from bans.

Account and connection

You may only connect a WhatsApp account you are allowed to operate. You are responsible for messages sent through the connection, including what an AI assistant sends after you approve it. There is a ban risk, especially for broadcasts or high volume. You can unlink the device from the phone at any time.

Plans and payment

The private plan is 12 $ per month. The business plan is 35 $ per connection per month. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. Prices exclude VAT.

Billing runs through Stripe. You can cancel from the billing portal in your account. After canceling, access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or anything against the law or WhatsApp's terms. We may suspend an account that harms the service or others.

Availability

The service is provided as is. There may be outages, WhatsApp limits, or changes at AI assistants. Continuous availability is not promised.

Liability

Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost messages, or actions of an AI assistant you connected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the agreed venue is the courts of Israel.

Changes

We may update these terms. The update date appears at the top of the page. Continued use after an update is agreement to the new text.
